Deliveries within Finland

• Approximately 3–5 business days

We deliver via Posti (Finnish postal service) and Matkahuolto. Customers collect their parcel from the nearest pickup or service point. All deliveries are trackable, and customers are responsible for following their shipment using the tracking number we provide.

If a parcel is not collected or is refused, we charge a separate fee to cover the costs incurred by our company. The fee is based on the actual costs resulting from the uncollected parcel.

Payment methods

• Card payments with a Visa or MasterCard logo
• Bank transfer (payment works the same way as a transfer to any Finnish bank account). For bank transfers, please contact us by email at finland@aiversport.com

Prices on our Finnish website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Sales in Finland are governed by Finnish law.

We aim to describe our products and their availability as accurately as possible. Minor errors may occasionally occur, for example if a product or colour is temporarily out of stock or a product line has been discontinued. We update our website regularly.

Complaints and returns

You have the right to cancel your order after receiving and inspecting the products. Please note that inspecting the products does not include wearing clothing or accessories, nor using equestrian equipment at the stable or on your horse.

Please send any complaints regarding your order or delivery within 30 days of receiving your order to: finland@aiversport.com

Items must be sent back within 30 days, after which we will refund the amount paid to your bank account or payment card. Refunds are normally processed within about 10 days, but during busy periods this may take up to 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a product is faulty or damaged, Aiver Sport will cover the shipping costs.

All products come with a full 30-day right of return. Returned products must be unused, unaltered and in their original packaging. Any product tags must still be attached, and the invoice or packing list included with the order must also be returned. Product catalogues do not need to be returned. Pack the product carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.

If the returned product is damaged as described above, or shows for example torn labels, dirt or hair, Aiver Sport has the right to charge for the damage to the product. This charge can amount to up to 100% of the value of the product if it can no longer be sold. In this case, you will receive a refund minus the amount charged for the damaged product.

The refund is made as soon as we have received the return and checked the condition of the product. The refund applies to the returned product.

Any free gifts or promotional items must be returned at the same time.

If you have bought your product from a retailer, please contact the retailer or shop directly for any questions regarding product exchanges or complaints.

Faulty products

If you believe the product you received is damaged or otherwise faulty, stop using it immediately and contact Aiver Sport by email. If you continue to use the product after discovering the fault, this means you have accepted the product in its current condition. Please do not return a faulty product until you have contacted us first.

For faulty products, Aiver Sport will examine the item to confirm that it has been used and handled correctly, and will send it to the manufacturer if necessary.

If a product has a manufacturing defect that is discovered later but within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately. For products covered by a warranty, we will repair the product, or if it cannot be repaired, the customer will receive a new product. The warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund if the manufacturing defect is discovered more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Please note that the clothing sizes we list are indicative, and there may be slight variations in size between garments. This does not mean the product is faulty. Every customer has a different body size and shape, which affects the fit.
